Make when signs are in the head.
Grind cabbage or chop. Measure cabbage in quart bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to each quart.
Add small hot pepper pod (chopped).
Cover cabbage with water.
Stir every day.
Add water to keep cabbage covered.
When as sour as you like, put in Ziploc bags and keep in refrigerator.
