Camper's Casserole
Camper'S Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jar dried beef, 3/4 c. chopped onion, drippings, pepper and 7 oz. macaroni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut dried beef.
Reserve 1/4 cup for topping.
Brown remaining beef and onion in drippings and drain.
Melt butter; add flour and blend together.
Gradually add the milk.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Combine dried beef, onion, macaroni and cheese sauce and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with 1/4 cup dried beef.
Bake in 300Β° oven for 45 minutes.
