California Vegetable Casserole
California Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. frozen california style vegetables, 1 to 1 1/2 c. cut up chunks velveeta cheese, 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted, 1 pkg. stove top stuffing and 1/2 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare stuffing mix according to package.
Parboil vegetables until almost cooked.
Stir cheese into hot vegetables and add mushroom soup.
Place vegetable mixture in baking dish.
Pat stuffing mix on top of vegetables.
Melt 1/2 stick oleo and drizzle over stuffing.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
