California Mashed Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional), 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 3/4 c. milk, boiling and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In 3-quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water.
Potatoes are peeled and cut into chunks.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Return potatoes to saucepan.
Mash potatoes.
Stir in onion soup mix and parsley blended with hot milk and sour cream.
Makes about 8 servings.
