Made with 2 large pkg. california blend vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.), 1 square margarine, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 tbsp. onion and 8 oz. velvetta cheese (must be velvetta), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook vegetables until tender.
Melt margarine and add remaining ingredients.
Cook the sauce until smooth, fold in vegetables. Cook 20 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
