Cake Mix Cookies
Cake Mix Cookies is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with box yellow cake mix, eggs, c. canola oil, c. sour cream and c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Put cake mix in bowl.
Use potato masher to get lumps out. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and add 2 cups or a little more of flour so it can be easily rolled and cut out for cookies.

Any kind of cake mix can be used.
Other ingredients can be added like peanut butter, coconut or chocolate chips.
