Cake Mix Cookies
Cake Mix Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 egg yolk, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and 1 pkg. cake mix (any flavor; some good ones are white, yellow, swirl or cherry chip), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and cheese.
Blend in egg yolk and vanilla.
Add dry cake mix 1/3 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
(If mixer is used, add last 1/3 by hand.)
Cover and chill 30 minutes.
