Cake Mix Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. any kind cake mix, 1/3 c. oil and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; stir by hand until thoroughly moistened.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet.
If you want, spread any kind of frosting on cookies.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
