Cake Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. powdered sugar, 3/4 c. shortening, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, shortening, vanilla and egg whites.
Blend well.
Beat in remaining sugar until smooth and creamy.
Optionally, flavor with chocolate or strawberry, and frost cake.
