Cake Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cake mix with pudding (lemon or yellow), 1 stick melted margarine, 4 eggs, 1 can coconut (if desired) and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg together.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Mix 3 eggs, sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Pour over coconut.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.
