Cajun Stuffed Potatoes

Bake potatoes at 325° until you can easily pierce with fork (about 1 1/2 hours).
Cut lengthwise.
Scoop out potatoes, leaving enough of the potatoes to hold shells firmly together.
Whip potatoes with margarine, whipping cream, Cajun Land Cajun seasoning, onions, meat and cheese.
Refill potato shells with mixture.
Reheat at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
