Cajun Stuffed Potatoes
Cajun Stuffed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large white potatoes, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. whipping cream, 1 tsp. cajun seasoning and 2 tbsp. white onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Bake potatoes at 325° until you can easily pierce with fork (about 1 1/2 hours).
Cut lengthwise and scoop out pulp, leaving enough to hold shells firmly together.
Whip potatoes with margarine, cream, Cajun seasoning, onions, meat and cheese. Refill shells with mixture.
Reheat at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6.
