Cajun Party Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. corn chex cereal, 2 c. rice chex cereal, 2 c. crispix cereal, 1 c. mini pretzels and 1 c. mixed nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine the cereals, pretzels and nuts.
Pour into an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat.
Bake at 250Β° for 40 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Store in airtight container.
Yields 8 cups.
