Cajun Fettucine
Cajun Fettucine is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. crawfish or shrimp, 1 lb. crabmeat, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 stalk celery, chopped and 2 cloves garlic, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Melt butter in pan and saute onion, celery and garlic.
Add flour, cooking about 15 minutes until mixture is light tan in color.
Add half and half; add cheese.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add pimentos, mushrooms and seafood.
Cook about 20 minutes.
Mix with cooked noodles.
Place mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake, uncovered at 375Β° for about 5 to 10 minutes until hot.
