Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch romaine lettuce, 1/4 c. red wine vinegar, 2 anchovy fillets, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 fresh lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pour vinegar over anchovies in bowl; cut anchovies up with knife and fork, then mince with 2 forks.
Let stand.
Add salt and pepper to torn lettuce in bowl; toss.
Let stand.
Squeeze juice of lemon into another bowl; add coddled egg, Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic.
Add minced anchovies and vinegar.
Mix well before adding to lettuce.
Toss well, then add olive oil and cheese; toss again.
Add croutons; toss again and serve.
Serves 2 as a dinner.
