Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head romaine lettuce, 1/3 c. olive oil or canola, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. wine vinegar and 2/3 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Rub wooden bowl with garlic bulb or use garlic press.
Add oil, lemon juice, wine vinegar, Parmesan cheese and egg (coddled for 1 1/2 minutes in boiling water).
Add salt, pepper and dry mustard.
Add lettuce and croutons; toss.
Anchovies may be served on the side.
