Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 clove garlic, cut in half, 1/3 c. olive oil, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Rub large wooden salad bowl with cut clove of garlic.
Allow a few small pieces of garlic to remain in bowl, if desired.
Mix oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and pepper in bowl.
Add romaine and toss until leaves are coated.
Sprinkle with croutons and cheese; toss.
Makes 6 servings, 180 calories per serving.
