Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1 tbsp. lemon juice (use fresh lemon), 1 egg and 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place oil, pepper, lemon juice, egg and grated cheese in bowl. Use a garlic press to squeeze garlic juice into mixture.
Mix dressing with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Tear lettuce into pieces and place in bowl. Add croutons and dressing and sprinkle with cheese.
Remember to toss well.
