Cabbage Slaw
Cabbage Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cabbage, shredded, 2 green peppers, chopped, 2 large onions, chopped, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cabbage, green peppers and onions together in a glass container with cover.
In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Slaw in a covered glass container will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
