Cabbage Salad
Cabbage Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 1 to 2 green peppers, 2 onions, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Chop cabbage, peppers and onions together.
Add sugar.
Mix oil, vinegar, celery seed, mustard and salt.
Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture.
Seal in airtight container.
Do not stir or uncover for at least 4 hours.
This coleslaw will keep in refrigerator a week or more.
