Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large cabbage leaves, 1 lb. hamburger meat, 1 c. cooked rice, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 slightly beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook cabbage leaves a few minutes in boiling water and drain. Place remaining ingredients (using only 2 tablespoons soup) mixed together and roll up into the cabbage leaves.
Place in large saucepan or crock-pot.
Add remaining soup, pour over cabbage rolls.
Simmer approximately 40 minutes, lifting occasionally, until done to keep from sticking.
If the soup gets too thick, you can add a small amount of water.
