Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 large cabbage leaves, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, minced onions to taste and 1/2 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil cabbage leaves in water to cover in saucepan until tender; drain and set aside.
Combine the next 7 ingredients in bowl with enough tomato sauce to moisten; mix well.
Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves.
Place in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over cabbage rolls.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
