Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1 tsp. worcestershire, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Add meat and rice.
Boil cabbage leaves 3 minutes or until limp.
Drain; place 1/2 cup of meat mixture on cabbage leaf (1/4 cup for medium leaf).
Fold sides under and roll up.
Place in baking pan.
Mix soup, brown sugar and lemon juice.
Pour over rolls.
Bake 1 1/4 hours, uncovered, in 350Β° oven.
Baste occasionally.
