Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head of cabbage, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 3 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour boiling water over cabbage to loosen the leaves.
Mix all ingredients together except bacon and tomatoes.
Put about 4 tablespoons of mixture on cabbage leaf and roll up.
Place in Dutch oven.
Fill Dutch oven with cabbage rolls.
Place bacon strips on top.
Pour in 2 cans of water.
Cover and cook over moderate heat for 30 minutes.
Then put can of tomatoes over rolls and cook about 30 minutes more.
