Cabbage Roll Casserole
Cabbage Roll Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small cabbage, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/3 c. rice (uncooked) and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Chop cabbage in large pieces.
Place in bottom of greased casserole dish.
In skillet brown beef and onion; pour off fat. Stir in rice.
Place mixture on top of cabbage.
Cover all with tomato soup and water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for 1 hour or until rice and cabbage are done.
This recipe can be used with sausage, chops or other meats along with the seasoning you prefer.
