Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small cabbage, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. rice, uncooked and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chop cabbage and place in bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Brown meat and onion.
Stir in rice, salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture over cabbage.
Bring tomato soup and water to a boil.
Pour over top and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
