Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, 4 c. cabbage, shredded or chopped, 1 to 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine and add enough stuffing mix to take up liquid. Put about 1/3 to 1/2 in bottom of greased casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and put in dish.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.
Bake in 375Β° preheated oven for 30 minutes.
