Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, celery (optional), green pepper (optional) and 1 medium shredded cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onions, celery and green pepper in oleo.
Add ground beef, salt and pepper.
Heat through, but do not brown.
Mix in rice; spread 1/2 of the cabbage in a 2-quart casserole (lightly greased).
Cover with meat mixture.
Top with tomato soup over top.
Dot with butter.
Cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
