Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 1 stick butter, 1/3 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. milk and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chop or shred cabbage and cook until tender in salted water. Drain well.
Melt butter in large pan; add soup, milk, mayonnaise, cheese and pepper.
Mix together.
Add cooked cabbage and pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs over and dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
