Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded cabbage, 1 1/2 c. corn flakes, 1/2 stick margarine, salt to taste and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak cabbage in cold water for 30 minutes.
Mix together cornflakes (crushed by hand) and melted margarine.
Place in bottom of large baking dish.
Put cabbage on top of mixture and salt to taste.
Make a sauce of mayonnaise, milk and celery soup.
Heat and pour over cabbage.
Top with shredded cheese and cornflakes.
Bake at 325Β° for 35 minutes.
