Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, shredded, 1 onion, chopped, 6 tbsp. butter, divided, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted and 8 oz. velveeta cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook cabbage in salted water until tender; drain.
In a large skillet, saute onions in 3 tablespoons butter until tender.
Add soup and mix well.
Add cheese; heat and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Stir in cabbage, salt and pepper.
Transfer to ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
In small skillet, melt remaining butter.
Cook and stir crumbs in butter until lightly browned. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 minutes, until heated through.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
