Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage, cut up, 1 c. chopped celery, 2 green peppers, chopped, 2 medium onions, chopped and bacon fat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook cabbage in small amount of water.
Drain.
Saute celery, green peppers and onions in small amount of fat.
Add to cabbage. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Combine cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
