Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, small onion, chopped, 2 cans tomato soup, 1 c. rice and 2 to 3 cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef with onions; set aside.
Mix together and heat tomato soup, rice and water.
Add ground beef.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Chop cabbage in small pieces and layer on bottom of casserole dish.
Pour ground beef mixture over cabbage.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with grated cheese.
Return to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes to melt cheese.
