Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with or 2 heads cabbage, to 1 1/2 lb. ground pork, ro-tel tomatoes, c. onion and c. celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut up cabbage and boil until tender. Fry ground pork until brown; add seasonings, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cabbage.
Cook for about 45 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs to mixture. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour into baking dish and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° until bread crumbs are brown.
