Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked cabbage, drained and salted (cook to wilt stage), 1 1/2 c. corn flakes, 3/4 stick margarine, melted, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix soup, mayonnaise and milk in saucepan; heat until bubbly. Set aside.

Melt margarine; mix with crumbled up corn flakes (crumble by hand).

Place corn flakes in bottom of casserole pan. Drain cabbage; spread over corn flakes, then pour soup mixture over cabbage.

Top with grated cheese.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
