Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. salt and pepper and 1 head cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown onion in butter. Add ground beef and brown. Cut cabbage into 1-inch squares. Add to beef mixture. Cook, covered, slowly until tender (about 10 minutes). Add sour cream and cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a casserole dish. Top with buttered toasted bread. Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
