Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, 12 to 15 saltine crackers, crushed, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. or more milk and pats of margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut up cabbage.
Add water, salt and cook.
Cook white sauce of flour, milk, pepper, margarine and some cheese.
Drain cooked cabbage.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Add crushed crackers and sauce and mix.
Top with your favorite cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β° or until done.
