Cabbage Casserole

Cook cabbage and onion until tender and drain water
Place cooked cabbage in casserole dish sprayed with Pam
In a bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise and salt and pepper
Pour over cabbage
In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, butter and cheese
Spread over cabbage and soup mixture
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown
Do not overbake or cheese gets too brown.
