Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage head, 2 cut up green peppers or 1 medium can pimento, 1 can cream of celery soup, crackers or bread crumbs and 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, cut into strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut cabbage head in fairly large pieces and cook 3 minutes or until it wilts.
Mix cut up peppers or pimentos, cream of celery soup, cheese, salt and pepper (to taste).
Mix in drained cabbage. Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Top with crushed crackers or bread crumbs.
Put dots of butter on top.
Cook 1 1/2 hours at 300Β°.
