Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, shredded, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 can condensed tomato soup and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown the beef and onion together; drain.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put layer of cabbage and half of the beef mixture.
Add another layer of cabbage and the remainder of the beef.
Sprinkle a little cabbage on top and pour the undiluted tomato soup on top.
Cover with foil and bake in oven for 55 minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
