Cabbage Au Gratin
Cabbage Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage, shredded (2 qt.), 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted, 1/4 c. milk, 1 c. grated american cheese and 1 c. soft bread crumbs, buttered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Cook cabbage in boiling water (salted) 10 minutes; drain well.
Place in baking dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch). Blend soup, milk and cheese.
Heat until cheese is melted. Pour over cabbage.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bread crumbs turn golden brown.
