Cabbage Au Gratin
Cabbage Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 1 medium onion, thinly sliced, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut cabbage head in half and separate leaves.
Cook the cabbage leaves and sliced onion in a small amount of boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until wilted and tender.
Drain well.
Layer cabbage and onion mixture, cheese and soup 1/2 at a time in casserole dish.
Top with soft bread crumbs.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
