Butterscotch Yule Log
Butterscotch Yule Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. nestle butterscotch morsels (1 c.), 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 c. chopped pecans and slightly beaten egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butterscotch morsels over hot water; remove from stove. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla.
Add chopped pecans; mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle.
Form into 12-inch roll on waxed paper.
Roll tightly in waxed paper to shape evenly.
Unroll and mark surface lengthwise with tines of fork; brush with egg white.
Press pecan halves into roll to completely cover surface. Wrap in wax paper.
Chill.
Cut in 1/2-inch slices with sharp knife.
Makes 2 dozen slices (approximately).
