Butterscotch Walnut Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small box butterscotch pudding, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk, 1 tbsp. oleo and 1 1/4 c. walnuts (english), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix pudding and sugar together.
Slowly pour in evaporated milk.
Add oleo; stir constantly.
Bring to a full boil.
Lower heat; cook and stir 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add walnuts; beat until it thickens slightly.
Drop by teaspoons onto aluminum foil.
Let cool.
Makes 2 dozen.
