Butterscotch Surprise(Candy) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips, 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 (1 1/2 oz.) can shoestring potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler. Stir in nuts and shoestring potatoes. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Cool for several hours in the refrigerator.
Yields 2 or 3 dozen.
