Butterscotch Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. light corn syrup, 1/4 c. oleo, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix brown sugar, syrup and oleo in saucepan.
Bring to boil over medium to low heat; stir constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in salt and milk.
Serve over ice cream or cake or pudding.
