Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 5 tbsp. flour, 4 egg yolks, 3 c. milk and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar and flour; mix well.
Add egg yolks, slightly beaten, to mixture along with milk slowly.
Add margarine and cook on low temperature until thickened.
Add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue and brown.
Makes 2 pies.
