Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked, 1/3 c. flour, 1 c. light brown sugar, 2 egg yolks and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour and sugar.
Beat egg yolks and milk.
Mix together flour/sugar and egg/milk mixtures.
Add margarine, cook on medium heat until thick, stir constantly.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
Bake at 400Β° until meringue is brown.
