Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 5 tbsp. flour, 4 eggs (yolks beaten separately) for topping, 1 tbsp. butter and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients, except egg yolk, butter and vanilla. Bring to a boil.
Add yolks mixed with 1/2 cup or more of pudding. Cook until thick.
Add butter and vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar slowly.
Place on pie and bake until done.
