Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 4 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all dry ingredients well.
Gradually add enough milk to make a paste.
Add well beaten egg yolks.
Add remainder of milk. Cook slowly, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
When thickened, remove from heat and add margarine and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue and brown.
